Emo Hair Care Tips

In taking care of your emo hairstyle, there are certain pointers you need to remember. These tips are quite easy to follow that you’ll find maintenance of an emo haircut as simple as ABC.

• Wash your hair regularly using shampoo and conditioner to keep it clean.
• Avoid frequent blow drying as it can lead to hair dryness. When you are not in a hurry, simply towel dry your hair.

• Do not brush your hair when it is still damp instead, use your fingers to comb through your hair and gently detangle it.
• To maintain the sleekness of your hair, use a medium-barreled flat iron as needed.
• Before ironing your hair, apply hair coat or a leave-on conditioner to prevent your hair from heat damage.
• Apply hair coat to protect your hair from the sun and the wind which can damage your hair.

• Have your emo hair regularly trimmed to prevent split-ends and to keep it growing and glowing with health.

hey, idk if this will help you…but i have curly hair to. n if you use shampoo every other day n use conditioner everyday. it usually looks better and feels healthier. n i find it best to just towel dry it instead of using a blow dryer. n also. if you can straighten it everyday…try to sleep with a knit hat on. itll usually keep it straight while you sleep. and what i find just as good as a little trim at a barber is to take a regular shaving razor and gently run that between your hair and thumb…this guys good

Heyyyy what do you mean about putting a conditioner to the hair and iron it?
You mean that when I iron it, the conditioner still has to be on my hair? (so the hair won’t get damaged).

Or you mean to put conditioner and take it off,and then iron my hair?

I hope it wasn’t a licensed hair stylist who wrote this article. Cutting your hair does NOTHING to make it grow. Hair grows from the roots; it’s the health of the scalp and follicles that matter, not the ends of the hair.

It just depends on what look you are trying to go for, ease your way into it so you dont get shy about your individuality we all have different styles just wear what makes you feel most like you

something i do that works really well is before i go to bed i clip my bangs back and wear a beanie hat thing. i look really stupid, but it works. it makes your bangs not go crazy gay looking and your hair is easier to make flat or giving it volume.
